What will this cost me?

High Neighbour is currently running trials across Melbourne at no cost to the building owners or residents. 

I really enjoyed the activities but I'm a tenant! What can I do to have High Neighbour in my building?

Let your real estate agent know you've enjoyed the experience and copy us in, we're happy to liaise with them to try to make it happen.

Does High Neighbour have insurance? 

High Neighbour Pty Ltd has public liability insurance cover. 

How many events does the trial cover? 

By default we propose one event, but we are open for negotiation to tailor to the needs of your building. 

Is there a maximum number of attendees per event? 

Depending on the size of the building the number of attendees is usually capped at 50 on a first come first service basis. We use an online form to record the attendees.

Is drinking alcoholic beverages allowed, are there other rules?

Residents are welcome to consume their beverage of choice but rowdy behaviour will not be tolerated, as per the High Neighbour conditions of participation that each resident will need to agree to prior to attending the event

What if we change our minds in the middle of the trial?

There is no lock in contract, and the Owners Corporation can exit the trial at any point.
