EVENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

When you register and take part in the Event, you’re agreeing to stick to the following guidelines:

 

Please follow any rules and instructions from the Event team. Be respectful—harassment, discrimination, or causing trouble isn’t okay and could get you removed from the Event.

 

Make sure you’re fit and ready to participate. If you’re unsure, check with a doctor first. You’ll also need to follow any health and safety measures the Organizer has in place, like COVID-19 protocols.

 

Taking part in the Event comes with some risks, like possible injuries or damage. By joining, you’re accepting these risks and agreeing not to hold the Organizer or anyone involved responsible for anything that might happen.

 

The Organizer might take photos or videos during the Event for promotions. Let the team know on the day if you’d prefer not to be included.
